Steam Summer Sale 2013?

So my birthday is coming up soon, in June, and I'll be gone for it for about 4 weeks. With that being said, the Steam Sale starts around that time, soon too...Any idea when the Steam Summer Sale starts for this year? I'm reading some rumors for early/middle July, which is what hoping for so i can get here and take advantage of it...anyone have any ideas?
