AFAIK the games are redeemable from anywhere in the world, you just need and US address to buy them from Amazon.

Both Supreme Commander and Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance are also Steam redeemable. Forged Alliance when redeemed on Steam gives you Supreme Commander Gold.

Hi, for people wondering if they can buy it from, let's say EU. You only need account on Amazon.com with US address (I recommend Alaska, they don't pay taxes for downloads). Then you can just pay with your credit card, get your key and activate it on Steam. (I did it with Darksiders so I can confirm it works).

*note. I think it can be considered as a minor fraud.
