You get an nVidia code I think, and then they give you a Steam code.
Either way, I cant do it as I dont have a card with a US billing address.

The product isn't supposed to be accessible on the site, it's a free gift when you buy certain graphic cards, but they can't put an item on the site if it has no price at all, probably would screw it the whole ordering, so they put 1 cent.
