Also, I like cos player chicks, just didn't include any in my opening post.

Doesn't look like one, but I remember being pointed out that certain videogame characters and what-not were men when they looked like girls. I have no doubts that the same can be done in real life.

I loved the Deadpool cosplayer. He was just playful and seemed to actually, well, y'know. Cosplay good. The others were pretty good, but I don't know the Gaige, Seven of Nine and Bridget cosplays. Then again, I'm not really into this stuff as much as I wish.

She shows up in two of the DLCs only. Wasn't in the base game, except as a mention. Scooters mother. You might remember the references (hot dog down a Skag den, you know what I'm saying?).

As weird as this will sound, I've actually wanted to try and get my hands on, or at least see, a Half Life Gordon Freeman cosplay. I mean, heck, I'd pay a thousand bucks for a suit. I remember googling how to make one a while back, and some guy wanted to make a functional suit. Despite all of the criticism, it seemed pretty plausible. Of course, I don't have glasses or beautiful facial hair. And I'm not a smart physicist

I wouldn't do it like this guy, your best shot would be to export the 3d model oft the game and use pepakura to print a papercraft model, then build it and use papermache or fiberglass to strenghen it and then lacquer and paint it ;) That's how the most Halo Armors are built, or with EVA Foam, or with Wonderflex ^^
