Suggestion: a permalink to every comment, and the replies section links to them

Especially for multi-page threads, it's quite inconvenient to have to either remember which page a particular comment was on, or to look through each page individually.

Would be nice if each comment got its own link, and the replies page linked to each comment individually rather than just the thread in general.

...heck, would be nice if the replies page linked to at least the particular page where a comment is located...
