AMD Coupon Code (Question)

Oops... so I bought a couple of the AMD Never Settle Promo cards:

1. Can be redeemed for BioShock Infinite, Crysis 3, and Far Cry 3 - Blood Dragon

2. Can be redeemed for Tomb Raider

When redeeming the unique coupon codes, it brought me to the list of Bronze/Silver/Gold-tier games. I sent in a customer support ticket, but not expecting any good news. I mentioned that I already own the games on the list, but will that make any difference? I would think not.
