the Early access nets you bunch of item sets (at least it used to), or just sign up on the game's website and wait for invite
or join a giveaway on SG :D

I would say, that it's only not possible to create new ones.

It seems the game is still there, it just doesn't appears in the list anymore, so we just have to wait untill they are over ^^
