The Irresponsible Captain Tylor (the first series, not the OVA one, though the OVA is good if you love the first) and FLCL.

The Death Note animated series was good (very intriguing story with the battle of wits between 2 geniuses) but I have to say I prefer the live-action movies over the series: Death Note, Death Note II: The Last Name, and Death Note: L Change the World.

If you mean feature films though, then the list would include Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, Howl's Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, Grave of the Fireflies, Perfect Blue, Akira, My Neighbor Totoro.

Mirai nikki,Fate and Code Geass

Hmmm... Probably Monster or Gankutsuou if you're talking about series. Definitely Mononoke Hime when it comes to feature films.

Death Note, Naruto

Rurouni Kenshin maybe, its impossible for me to say a best anime since too many genres which i like them all, i cant compare Higurashi no naku Koro ni with Code Geass for example

Woooo! chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai Definitely one of my favorites but its so hard to find people who have seen it xD

One Piece and Death Note

Fullmetal Alchemist (both the original and Brotherhood), Shaman King (this one was my favorite during elementary school) and Dragon Ball ( the first anime that I watched, I remember how much I enjoyed it as a child).

Persona 4 The Animation. After I played Persona 4 Golden, I liked it very much, and in my childhood: Yu-Gi-Oh! GX

FMA:B , Bleach, Hellsing Ultimate, One Piece

Cowbow bebop and akira are probably my two favorites.
Samurai seven and shigurui: death frenzy are also cool.

Guilty Crown, Angel Beats, Zero no Tsukaima, Fate and Hellsing are the best ones i've watched so far
