Yeah, Civ V GotY disappeared when Civ V Gold came out. When stuff gets pulled from the store, it leaves the list and has to be added back manually.
EDIT: I don't understand though, I could find King Arthur just fine.
EDIT EDIT: I see the difference. My mistake. What you are looking for is King Arthur I Complete, which the Steam store doesn't have a listing for.
Amazon really should have named it something else, since the Collection on Steam includes the other King Arthur games as well.

I did buy KA collection two years ago, and the amazon description exactly match the one i have in my library, i expect the extra copy i have to contain the same games. But you are right, the steam store page doesn't exist anymore ( leads me to index page).
As for the Civ 5 i just notice that only the DLCs are giftable on sg?! it's a shame because i upgraded from civ 5 to civ 5 gold and i have now have a spare copy of civ 5 goty i cannot gift :D

It seems that many game packs are not listed in the « create ga » page, is there a specific reason? ( not sure if i must contact the support to ask).
