They are not exactly games. As it says there they are prototypes (kind of like demos). But yes you get steam keys for each one. They are working right now on 5 prototypes when they finish them in around 5 days you'll get steam keys for those prototypes.

Is the Amnesia Fortnight bundle worth it, so far? Are the prototypes fun and interesting? Or did they only make it far enough to do a decent job of conveying basic gameplay mechanics? I'm curious to check it out, but have been on the fence since the Mojang Jam really turned me off to the idea.

They are still working on them so they haven't released them yet, so who knows if they'll be good, but they sound interesting.

contrary to Mojam, these have actual development teams behind them.
you can look at the pitches here and if you contribute you get daily updates from 2PP, but they stream those past episodes when they are offline, so might as well take a look.
