According to an older thread, you have to proceed through checkout and billing info. I haven't yet bought anything here (and don't have any store credit), so I'm just assuming it still works that way.

Well it will at least save UK people money on those games.
Steam's price for The Lunar Pack = £0.99 ($1.62) - I bought it on Wednesday on Steam.
Greed = £0.87 ($1.42)
Actually, where are you getting those prices? I just checked the US Steam store and it's saying $1.24 each.
