Regarding: Tryst Beta - Tryst full game

So, anyone who had the Tryst beta still have Tryst in your Steam library?

I thought it'd disappear upon release. Bug? Or do we really get the game for free?

I think it disappears once you restart Steam.

Edit: I tried it and it doesn't work.

Ah, okay. I would've liked to try out the beta. I guess I should just wait for it to drop in price. $25 seems a little steep.

Slow combat, boring mechanics, and quite empty with few people playing.

Exactly this, it tries to be Starcraft but fails. The mechanics are really bloated for no reason and combat is not responsive and doesn't feel right.

During my first match ever, I was playing with some other dude versus the computer.

He quit after 20 or so minutes of stagnation - I left soon afterwards.

The combat was really just out of it... It didn't feel rewarding at all. :T And the low server pop immediately raised warning flags.

Yeah, a lot of RTS these days fail to achieve that level of polish that's needed. I'll probably just wait it out for Planetary Annihilation and hope that that goes better.

Seeing the game still in my library I downloaded it and played the first singleplayer mission. It's not worth the price they're asking, maybe as a 10$ game it would be OK (at best)
