Getting to this level is not difficult :)
I only did it this level to give people who contribute to the site a bigger chance to win a great (as most people say) game

Dude if you joined the giveaway please leave so that you won't get your points wasted, because I have to blacklist you unfortunately.
I wish there won't be hard feelings, just your win/given ratio dude is awful

Well, even if he is blacklisted he can win the game, so if he leaves the giveaway it wil be just for deference towards you :/

AFAIK I can ask for a reroll in that situation. If you know more about the subject tell me.
I don't blacklist people for ratio that often, but you got to admit this is a kinda special case

I'm afraid support won't concede you a reroll in that case. But well, at least he won't win any of your next giveaways, if that is what you want.

Possible reasons for a reroll:

Well I think I could list it under "Other"
E.G someone breaks some rules (not activating, spamming ref links etc) and you blacklist him after he already joined your giveaway
Would they then grand a reroll? Well I don't know that's kinda a grey area :)

From the faq:

How does a blacklist work?
On user profiles, you'll see a button that has a circle icon with a slash through it. Clicking this button will add the user to your blacklist. This means the user will no longer see your giveaways on the homepage, and they will not be able to view or enter your giveaways from this point forward. If the user entered one of your giveaways prior to being blacklisted, their entry still remains valid.

I can't help you with the grey areas. And his steam account is private so you can't check if he activated previous giveaways or owns the game already (I don't understand why cg allows that)

Then in your case it is ok, but I'm sure there has to be not so kind users that wouldn't let anyone to check :/
I understand that people want privacy, but this is not facebook, there is not personal information in the profiles :S

I can understand your point, even if that wasnt the "excuse" for him to blacklist me, which i find ironic to say the least...
But yes theres personal information, like when you are at home, playing. Also you can analyse anyones play patterns and derive their week schedules fairly easily...

Oh, I never thought of that. Steam should have a "offline for people" mode

Yeah I know, that's why I have something like "tiers" in my blacklist.
Like I said I am not strict about the ratio thing (I myself have a bad one), but when it's of this kind it's just kinda unacceptable.
You clearly trade, so that means that you get your hands on games but you still have a ratio of 5 times more won than given
I didn't try to be a dick on you personally, just wanted to make this as a friendly reminder of some sort :)

You are defending blacklisting ppl for not mainting rating 1:1, but thats only obligatory on closed groups, coz they can have all the strange rules they want, its like i dont like you coz you used the site better as it should be...
you knew anybody would be able to join(contribution lvl 3 and up), you setted the rules of the giveaway, and after the fact of its start, you are saying, "hey You that fitted all my rules", singleing out, "i dont like you, go away!", "but hey no hard fellings, im not trying to be a dick!"

Yeah

I'll state it otherwise. You clearly abuse the site (in my opinion at least). Plus there is no guide or rules to why you should blacklist people. I don't want people to maintain a 1:1 Ratio (I myself don't have such one), but yourself is way beyond that point as I already said. Anyway, please let's not spam more. I am not changing my mind on this matter
