Statistically it is the sum of your win chance number of games that are being given away. Let's say you enter 5 giveaways, with 3 of them having 20% win chance and two having 40% win chance, your estimated wins would be 20% 3 + 40% * 2 = 1.4 games won. It represents how much games you statistically should have won, thereby defining your luck.
You can't just add arbitrary rules, there are very specific circumstances in which they will reroll.
If you want to restrict it to that subset of users, make a private group, have them app to the group with a link to their profile and check it to accept them.
People who can't read English, people too lazy to read the requirements, I understand why they might enter this giveaway. But what's everyone else's excuse?
