Ha, got it! Though I admit I had to brute force the 4th symbol - it wasn't obvious from the deciphered message at all (for me at least).

yeah can't really translate capitals into the images since they are case insensitive, I just guess that I had to use l or L for luck.

How did you guys found it? I translated the symbols to WHS|UIBB|FEEY|BSAG but then? Do we have to take into account the upper cased words "Played" and "Relaxing"?

Well, "Played" and "Relaxing" are used to make a special sequence of letters of alphabet instead of normal, after that the phrase becomes readable :), though i couldn't make "L" out of it (did a brute force attack myself :)

Thanks! Had alot of fun doing my first puzzle giveaway, thought it would be easy because of all the clues but it wasnt too easy or too hard. A good start although i'm not sure ill attempt harder ones since this got pretty frustrating, although it was mostly the not knowing what to do with "you will need luck". Eventually I just decided it means you need luck in your brute forcing :P After doing it though im guessing the l was meant to be L or was just meant to bruteforce those 4 letters.
Was a little disappointed to find HiB4, but it was all good fun and ended up not being about the game.

Well, I finally made it. I already got HIB4, but thanks for the puzzle! I was stuck on the first one for the longest time. Once I got it, it seemed so obvious. I cracked the symbols early on, just like a cryptogram. Then, you posted the new clues and, since I didn't use the keywords, and originally thought the "luck" referred back to the Morse clue, I figured my answer was wrong and a fluke. After I tracked down the font and changed it into letters, I ran it through a Caesar cipher with the keywords and got the same answer. At that point, I thought I was being seriously screwed with. Finally, I found a cipher thing that spit out that particular font and realized I was right all along. Then I felt REALLY stupid.

Wow! I never thought I would ever be capable of solving a crypto-puzzle (and I would not have, if you did not give out some hints). Thank you! I do not have only the two pay-above-the-average games. Hopefully no one would mind, if I enter for those.
By the way, you have a good strategy with these puzzles. The first one was incredibly easy, but this one is already quite hard.

Ok, thanks for the info. :) I somehow thought the system would prevent me from doing that if the bundles were identical. Guess I relied on automatics too much. Oh, well.
I think the main problem I had with this puzzle was, however, my ignorance concerning the ciphering methods. First attempt only made me familiarize myself with which ciphers exist in general. Than when you said there should be keys (very easy to find btw), I was stuck because I thought there was only one cipher that used keys (Ceaser with alphabet, if I am not mistaken). I played with it for quite a while with all possible combinations until I saw in the comments there were other methods that relied on keys as well.

I am sure that is not the issue in this case as I have redeemed my HIB 3 and HIB 4 ages ago. And they show in my account: Humble Indie Bundle #3 and the games from HIB 4 are shown separately (Jamestown, Shank etc.). The difference in fact might be that they do not count as a "full" HIB4 wheareas your giveaway is registered as a full HIB4 (incl. BTA). Anyway the administration should know best. Yes they do. Sync your account- I can't enter HIB#4 giveaways. Also HIB#3 has HIB#2 in it, yet you still can't evnetr those giveaways if you own the bundle.

I last force-resynced my account 6 days ago. I redeemed HIB 4 on the 1st day of sale. So I have no idea what is the problem. For instance, everything works correct with Introversion bundle, which I also have. Anyway don't worry - I won't enter your giveaway. ;)

Heh, well it's the only site I found with a bunch of ciphers quickly accessible. Otherwise I'd have to make a bunch of cumbersome Excel spreadsheets to calculate the answers.
