Description

This is Paddington. Change here for the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines.

This is a Bakerloo line train to Elephant & Castle. The next station is Edgware Road.
This is a Bakerloo line train to Harrow & Wealdstone. The next station is Warwick Avenue.

Paddington Station is quite lovely. It's got its famous clock and of course there's the bear. The railway trains go faster than light, too. True story.

Paddington Station was my first Tube station ever coming into London from Heathrow. It was also my point of departure to other places around the city since it was only a few blocks from my hotel. This place has a lot of fond memories, and yes it's big and visually quite amazing. Thanks for the wishlist GA! :)

Are the bear and the station somehow related?

Paddington Bear got its name from the station, since that's where he first appeared (in the fiction, that is).

Interesting! I've just recently come to know of the existence of that bear because of its movie trailer, haven't read or watched it though

Thank you kindly for the explanation and the GA!
