You are allowed to enter if you already own Dishonored and just want the DLC.
Edit: the site will apparently allow you to enter if you already own everything, but please don't enter if you do. I can see if that's the case and I'll just have to request a new winner.

...that's rather silly, but not completely unexpected; checking properly for DLC is famously hard and SG doesn't always get it right. Fortunately, I am able to check if someone already owns all the DLC as well.

Yup, SG often gets packages wrong due to different subIDs & stuff. While we're at it, I should probably point out that it's the same for the ME collection you're giving away (own both, can still enter).

Nice, I played through Dishonored and it immediately became one of my favorite games ever without the shadow of a doubt. Always deeply regretted not getting GOTY when I bought it. :(
