This is probably region-locked? Tried to access its store page but got a "not available in your region" error. I'm from SEA.

I have no idea why DA:O Ultimate has purchase restrictions, but that's not the same as a region lock -- as far as I can tell, there are no regional versions of it, just the one package that can't be purchased everywhere. You can't purchase it from where you are, but you should be able to activate it from anywhere.
