Well in that case those of us that already have the base game will just get the DLC added to our account if we activate the key. So are we allowed to enter just for the DLC, since the base game was free before?

Oh, I didn't know it was given for free in the past (I just bought the game on G2A). Well, no problem for entering just for the DLC, I don't mind :)
