This giveaway is for those who have not yet found their "luck" here on SteamGifts. The rules are simple.
1) You must be registered on SteamGifts for at least 3 months.
2) You must at least $30.01 CV.
3) You must have 0 (zero) wins.
Any winning entries which do not fulfill all three qualifications will be re-rolled.

If you're going to take someone to task while you're still new on the site, I suggest you do your homework, first. If you check my past giveaways, you will see special rules given for some of them. Also, extra or special rules require not only moderator approval but also that the giveaway is a private one (which this is).
