Actually, the concept itself could be good but the current conditions are confusing and borderline problematic since it's a very recent site.

What do you mean by "high quality game"? It's way too subjective to be a valid rule. Does it imply a min. price or a max. date of release?

Why would be premium offers interesting for the customer? All these games are over one year old or more and it's not hard to find them for half their price or less even outside sales yet I have to give 2 new/good/AAA games in exchange?

My balance must be min. 10 TP? Why do I constantly need to have 10 bucks sitting on my account?

The 14 days between each premium purchase is valid, no complain here.

I won't mention the non-premium games, there are no weird rules around them but they're all coming from game bundles (Those you paradoxically refuse to take as offers). Once again if I really wanted these games I have several occasions to get several of them for one dollar.

I'm not saying it's a scam, but it's flirting with the concept and it wouldn't take much to become one.
Also I understand that as a new site you have to balance the offer, the cost of maintenance and maybe your own livelihood but right now it's completely uninteresting for the customer. i'm sorry but I'll pass...

there is Half Life 2 offered, it was in any kind of bundle? it depends on players, what they will offer. I can see most games from bundles also here on steamgifts.com.

My first idea was to block price for 1 trading point, but people offered only trash for that, so right now, you can add game for 1 to 5 trading points + every game must be approved from our team. There was a guy offering Watch_Dogs which was obvious scam and didn't pass our approval process. Scammers can be there, but there is no scam on our side.
