Description

After the Dying Light fades, you realize that there's another Light off in the Distance. Perhaps this a way out, or maybe it's just another portal. You realize suddenly that this Light is slowly fading as well and that you won't have much time before it is gone as well.

(Sorry for the late entry. I hope you all get a chance at this game, after having such an Amazing Train by Diceman!)

Instead of posting thanks here, please Bump the main thread, so that Others can get a chance at this game as well.
After all, the Dying Light will fade into the distance with the rest of the train at the Time of it's departure.
To Infinity and Beyond

Thank you so much for adding this awesome game to the train. :D
Two buddies of mine played it on the PS4 recently and they seemed to have really enjoyed it, specially if you're playing Co-op.
Here's a related video I found quite impressive.

I was Highly Impressed with both the Length, and the Quality of your Train.

I hope someday I can put together an Event that's similar, but for now, I'm happy to have added another car to your most excellent Train. :-)

Nah! It may not have had massively expensive titles, but it had a great many good games.

Also as an event, short story writting is quite an enjoyable one, and adds some additional adventure to the joy of seeing so many great Titles.

Other then a little trouble with a few people, Steamgifts has been a Truly Positive experience for me, and I enjoy the enviroment of well wishes in both ways.

I like winning games (Who does'nt ;-), and I like giving them away to people.

Well, the last bit of the story I stitched together was about dying light-heartedly, so I guess I'm still at least a little bit on-topic. :-) Thank you!

My little blurb is only meant as a jumping off point for anyone that wants to finish their Story on this GA.

Remember, since it's choose your own adventure, it might end before you get this far.

I remember a choose you own adventure book where on page 1 you had a choice to decline to do anything, and if you did, you turned to page 2, and it said "The End". ;-)

Heh. :-) It's great to find a choose your own adventure book that does something a bit differently. The one I like best (unfortunately available in Czech only) did that perfectly.

For instance, if you were the kind of person who always starts by checking the last page, just to see the ending, you would find a bad ending describing you in an epic fight, losing to the terrifying Mutant and dying, thinking of your poor friends. In the whole book, there was no way to reach that page, and there was no mention of that Mutant, said friends, or anything else on that page.

Oh, and every single loss of health or mood points had its own link to a paragraph "in case you reach zero now", describing some death, crippling, or perhaps the fact that you are fed up with adventuring and decide to settle down in the valley where the storm caught you, and spend the rest of your days cursing the weather. :-)

My favorite was about a Novice Monk sent to a Mysterious Monastery, High in the mountains, to Investigate a Series of Grisly Murders!

It's a quite Descriptive book, sadly I can't even remember the name now.

Must be more then 20 years since I read it. It had about 1000 ways to die. lol

As far as I can tell. All of the Excellent stories on this train are equally valid.

This is like having both a Fantastic train, and a "Choose your own adventure" story at the same time. ^.^

That's ok, I just don't know how long the train has been running, but I set my little contribution to end at the same time as the rest of the train, so people will definitely have less time, and people who already entered the rest of the train may miss it as well. T.T

In this way, it really is a "Dying Light", and will be gone shortly.

One question, since I am from germany. Is it a gift or a key? And if it is a key, is it the eruopean version? Otherwise I won't be able to activate it.
