I have never heard that about season passes and that seems really weird.
I guess you could contact their support to make sure, there are still almost 48h to buy it and they're generally fast enough to respond.

BttF has been slightly cheaper on GamersGate (same discount but their base price is lower, so 2.84€ instead of 3.44€). I don't think it's going to be -90% in the summer though, so that's probably the best price you'll get until another -85% deal on GamersGate
JP is at its lowest price, and like BttF I don't think it's going to be -90% soon. Your only chance at a better price than that would be a discount on Nuuvem.
Sherlock had better discount several times, it was -80% on Steam, and even cheaper on a few other stores (lowest is Gamesrocket with 2.95€)
