Naruto was the anime I grew up with, so it wasn't painfull to watch x) But man One piece was an amazing journey so far and excited to see more, its kinda boring getting into the train probably need to watch 50 episodes before it gets (more) interesting.
This 3 animes you mentioned were the "big 3" in my childhood-teenhood, not the best 3, but like the biggest (probably more mainsteam)

Hmm i kinda do remember watching dragon ball z when i was little but my family didn't really have acess to those kinds of tv programs at the time, and i wouldn't really say i like anime's with few episodes since I've watched hajime no ippo, d-gray man, hunter x hunter etc. But idk really, just never could get into all of them.

So I've had a ruff day today, and i started listening to some of the anime opening I have in my music playlist and my curiosity to find new ones made me create this post. Also I didn't really have a gib for this but i have an ongoing Sakura Beach ga [ENDED] that's open for another hour. Okay so back to the matter at hand ill start with my favorite opening and ending.
