I recently did a reroll which resulted in the winner being suspended for a month. Soon after the reroll was approved and he was suspended, he adds me on steam and asks for the game that he is no longer the winner of. This baffled me.

I clearly explained the rules, why he was suspended, that support chose a new winner, and that he is no longer the winner of the giveaway... and then he asked for the game again, lol. Then at this point he let me know that he doesn't speak much english. In this case he was not rude, he just didn't understand what happened and didn't know the rules. I ended up using google translate to talk to him. From this point it was easy to talk to him and he was very polite.

I feel kind of bad that he was suspended for song long. He never regifted, he just had a bunch of unactivated games because he didn't know the rules. He is actually still giving away games and has over a 2 to 1 real CV ratio.
