Well..i do actually need to start playing some of my games other than just Team Fortress 2 and on occasion a game here and there for 10 minutes or so. But it is also a good opportunity to meet a new group of people. Here are my reviews, they're nothing special mainly because i couldn't pick a format i wanted to use and well i'm not very good at writing essays or using big fancy words. But then again those were just personal reviews for my own eyes, so i didn't really put much effort in them.

I recently categorized my Steam Library which was a huge step for me towards my backlog attack. I recently started writing some opinions on games I liked, pointing out things that might make other people interested for those games.
Joining a group "forcing" you to review at least one of your (ex)backlog games each month is, I guess, the next step to beat that backlog.

Backlog Attack group page
Backlog Attack group chat (Opens group chat window in Steam, short linking site used so it can be a clickable link)
This group is currently looking to fill 15 slots with new members. If you don't already know about us from the previous topic a few months ago, I'll let you know the purpose of our group. Members will try to beat our massive backlog of games, for whatever system they might be on, and to write up some reviews for them, at least one a month. If you don't think you could keep up with that requirement, our group may not be the best choice for you.
Even though the focus is on beating your backlog and doing just a few reviews, we also have an active chat (that needs some more regulars) and giveaways from several members.
As the reviews are an important focus of the group, if you wish to join and already have some work, post the link to your Steam Reviews page or a page on another site you upload review to, like GameFAQs or GreenMan Gaming.
Don't have reviews? Well, there is always another option to show you can do it, the random review challenge from the previous topic. Any hopeful members get to write a review for a random game. But not any regular game, but for one that doesn't exist. We will be using The Video Game Name Generator. Pop open that page and click Generate. There you have the title, and you will be attempting to do a suitable mock review for that game. Even if you are unlucky enough to get 'Transvestite Hamster Crisis', as one chat member managed to get. Sorry guys, he refused to review it himself. :P
When you are done, I recommend uploading the text to PasteBin and then linking your review here for group members to view. The better the review, the more likely you will get an invite. All invites will happen in several days, possibly a week or two, so we can trim out the current members first and make more room for fresh blood.
As an example, here is my review for Helicopter Dodgeball Deathmatch. You can also find others in the link to the previous topic above.
Don't even think of taking the reviews from elsewhere and passing them off as your own work. It is a sure fire way to get booted from the group / blacklisted from joining.
Even if you don't have an invite, feel free to come hang in the group chat and keep us company. We are always looking for people to keep us company while we procrastinate from playing our games.
