Guys, check your inventory for missing bundles after buying! (I guess I'm having a streak of missing bundles with every HH purchase lately 🙄)

14 bundle from last 2 months had HH gift bundle amount error for me. Before 2019 March, I had that 7-8 times in 2 years while buying every single bundle.
But IG support always add the missing bundles pretty fast, so no QQ.

Never occurred to me before March 2019... ever since, all but one the time where it was correct.
True... their service has improved a lot over the years and it's quite good by now. At least they try to fix the problems their other department causes as fast as possible.

yep missing one of the extra bundles so it's a thing of i got 2 bundles for free is it really worth the hassle of finding out how to contact them for 1 extra. if it was like all the other supports out there it would be different but this requires figuring out what email you need so you can send them a message through all that rubbish stuff. it was annoying enough contacting my winners through email i don't need it for them too especially since that email I use for them just has a bunch of spam items in there

is it? the email is there when you purchase the bundle. It is there when you scroll down and click help, is it there on every invoice you get to your email right after purchase.

look i barely use indiegala for anything but buying the artifex bundles now. so when i go to help and see 2 different support emails it's not fun. I have trouble encouraging myself to talk to people especially with problems so yes it becomes a hassle trying to figure that all out. Plus as I mentioned going into my email to actually type it up instead of doing it on their site makes the problem worse for me since it sends me into panic attacks by the mere thought of it. I've contacted humble and loot crate before, i've also done stuff on ebay and while it was hard because I was able to just do it through their site instead of having to log into my email and then all that junk it was made easier. This has a lot of steps that is honestly just a bit hassle when I still got given 2 out of 3 of my gifts

It is not a support where you need beg for fixing their error. You simply copy IG transaction numbers from invoices, ask them to add the missing bundle and they doing it while they keep adding the "sorry" with the reply email. If it should have been really 3 gifts (number you should receive a bit hard to understand from their FAQ, it is 3 extra+1gift so total of 4 gifts for each gift purchase during HH if you purchased the bundle regularly before) then they will add it without asking a question if you also sent the transaction IDs.
It is up to you if you send a mail and ask for what you paid for, but if you can't find the email this is where I always send it for getting the missing bundles: support@indiegala.com
I usually just ask them to add the missing bundles in the mail, I copy the purchase IDs from the invoices and that's the mail, nothing else.
