I didn't pass, but I find it silly that people blacklist for not passing. It's your giveaway, so it's your rules who gets to join your giveaway. :)

Well there are many users on sg so every individual will have their own use of blacklist, you can get blacklisted for any reasons. Focus on whitelists instead!
