If it was only intended for GfW, there is nothing that can be done. But if it was GfW+Steam, but your retail box is missing the Steam key, you should contact the publisher.

The achievements haven't been given actual names/descriptions yet but there are only 38 as opposed to 60 in the current version. Coincedentally the curretn version also just happens to have 22 multiplayer achievements so you may just be in luck.

EDIT: It's now up to 57 achievements but I haven't compared them to see the difference yet.

Why? If you don't play multiplayer just go for single player achievements. Why would you ask they remove achievements so that people that play that game mode can have something to work for too? It seems very selfish.

I would recommend you to check the trades section. You can also try on Barter or Lestrade's. Since it was bundled a few times it should be probably easy to find it from someone else, the Group Buys Steam group is a good place to check for bundle leftovers, too (if you have problems feel free to reply to this comment, I might be able to help you myself).

You can use Steam items to trade; like gems, cards, CGGO/TF2 keys. Paypal is also an option but it may be hard to find people on Steamtrades accepting if you don't have much rep. As the game had been bundled a few time I imagine it won't be too hard to find a copy. Reseller sites are an option too of course, like Mihey3Z said below.
