Maybe but there had been other similar options with bitcoin that didn't provide spam.
2 years ago i had alot of paypal spam too, i sent alot of those mails to paypal's security team, and eventually the spam stopped, until right about that offer. Makes me think twice atleast a next time.

Of course, OP and the others might get only $1 for this, but the site owner gets more money for selling working e-mails and also spamming his own stuff.

TIP: In their emails, there's a "To never hear from us again click here" link at the very bottom. I recommend everyone click that to immediately unsubscribe from their mailing list after you are done. This should negate any potential spam issue down the road.

As far as I know, that only means you won't get any future Shoemoney e-mail related. But that doesn't mean anyone else who got your e-mail thanks to him won't spam with their things, same to the owner to spam you with stuff non-Shoemoney related.
Also I'm pretty sure your e-mail adress gets stored anyways even if you unsubscribed.

Actually, they have their unsubscribe link formatted incorrectly in the emails.
It worked fine for me by using this method...

And to follow up, I haven't received any further emails from them or anyone else as of yet. And even on the offchance I do, it all ends up in gmail's spam filter anyhow.
But just MAKE SURE to unsub from their list as I outlined above, that's very important to do, or else naturally you will receive further unwanted emails.
