Same here. The games are 'meh' like you said but that seemed to me like the one that is least so.
Interestingly, I noticed something odd while looking at the Steam reviews for the various games. In almost every case the positive rating % goes up by a sizeable margin when changing the filter to include all languages as opposed to only English. Honestly it looks suspiciously like some review manipulation may have been going on (most likely assisted by Russian accounts).

Try Argentina. As I already redeemed the coupon, I won't be able to test it. But the user below us was able to get the game. Maybe it's the VPN that you're using. Geoproxy didn't worked for me last week with the chinese Ubisoft free games (Trial Fusion). I used SoftEther VPN Client Manager, which is difficult to use, but did the job.

There was a user that tried a lot of countries, until Venezuela worked for him.
Unless the site is giving a lot of games and they're out of keys and disabled the code (unlikely), then it should be the proxies.
I must add that this VPN worked for me with the Ubi giveaway from China, SoftEther VPN Client Manager, though, it's kinda difficult to use it.
I'll give you the easy way. Install it, it will install also a network adapter for the VPN. Open the client, you'll see 2 options: choose VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers, open it, and refresh until you see the desired country. It will take 1 or 2 minutes until it loads.

I don't need a VPN anymore because now they sell games in my currency so pretty much the deals are the same as pretty much all the other legit shops that sell games.
So while some may need to use it, not all are still required to use VPN and even if you could manage it most games if not all by now will still be region locked and not all may be clear on that even if it does not state it.When I shop now it just tells me the game is not available if they don't sell it but pretty much all the games they sell I can now buy with U.S. currency so pretty much if it's 75% off it's the same as Steam or other places if the retail price is the same.
I just thought I would mention this so anyone with a U.S. I.P. is not jumping through hopes trying to save some coin while most likely get a region locked game not to mention last I knew you could not make a purchase without a Brazilian PP or other Brazil payment source regardless. They could do it without using VPN.Sure it will not be as cheap but at least the key will work.
Now that I checked a bit more maybe the VPN is needed for the free game still not worth it for a not so great indie tittle.

I've seen people giving away several games (from this thread). I'm more than sure they're with multiple accounts, so Nuuvem could be dealing with it by blocking this users out of the store/profile.

In the shop they write region locked, but after I "bought" them, I deactivated my vpn and activated the keys in steam without problems (i'm from germany)
