On Twitch, the notifications are saying that drops are available on Ubisoft. I never connected the two, and can't log in. After linking the accounts sometime later, I'd still have access to the game, right?

The login issue would've already been a lot less of a problem if they didn't log out a lot of users that were already logged in beforehand.

Yup, I figured logging in would be an issue so I logged in an hour before the event started and checked the box to stay logged in, but when I came back I was logged out and can't get back in.

Not trying to defend Ubisoft. But its like this every time someone gives away a "big" game. Just look at recent Epic and GTA V example. Or everytime Steam has a sale.

I've yet to have an issue claiming an Epic giveaway. Say what you will about them, but they clearly know how to handle server load during a giveaway.

I was quick on redeeming so didnt have a problem with GTA V, but I know the site died soon after. I think it was the same with CiV and maybe also borderlands.
