Sorry these are mostly just female character games because I play a lot of those ^^, also don't like weird harem fan service stuff
Was about to say Bioware games till I read what you had to say ^^
Umm, strong female characters, Tomb Raider series maybe, I got both the new ones and they are awesome. Oh and Mirror's Edge series.
For RPG maybe
Bound by Flame
Baldur's Gate
Final Fantasy VI
Final Fantasy XIII Trilogy (Oh I loved these so much, warning on FFXIII lightning returns costumes though, some are just plain weird)
Dragon's Dogma, which I see you have, the game has an awesome romance system, you almost romance anybody in the game ^^
Dishonored 2 maybe? Not yet out, but I'm really hyped to play as Emily
Oh one other cool indie game with a nice female character is Seraph, she does really cool backflips and stuff and the game is pretty fun as well ^^
Guessing I can't recommend Dark Souls, where armor doesn't change by gender and has an amazing lore. Guess its one of those difficulty appealing games
(Play Dragon Age series again? :D Sorry I'm just a huge fan)

Deus Ex 1, Arcanum (if you can manage to make it work), Fallout 1-2, Fallout: New Vegas (I see you haven't finished it), Krai Mira, Serpent in the Staglands, Wasteland 2, Divinity: Original Sin, Pillars of Eternity (you haven't touched that either), Vampire: the Masquerade – Bloodlines, Gothic games, the new Shadowrun trilogy…
These are the better cRPGs form the top of my head I don't see finished on your Steam account.

Baldurs gate franchise (with ice wind dale and neverwinters) also KOTOR are pretty awesome, a new one would be Pillars of Eternity South Park, but if you are not a fan of the tv show its not that great. Another kinda RPG with FPS : Jedi Knight(s) ,Vampire Masquerade Bloodlines and E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy, cyberpunk style with super powers!

Deus Ex is a good older game, and only ~10 euro.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a really good, but ~3x more. Well worth it though. I played it a bit when it was on a Free Weekend. Liked it a lot.
Deus Ex Collection Great way to buy the older ones; four good games.
The Witcher. You've played the second. This is good too.
Any of the Baldur's Gate series.
Cheers. (^_^)

I just noticed that Blackguards is on sale on HRK, for less than two euros. It's the Deluxe Edition, including the DLC. It also comes with a free random bonus game. I've never played it. It has isometric grid battles. But hell, for two quid, what is there to lose, eh?

How about Alpha Protocol. It leaves a terrible first impression, with the tutorial section and the first area you visit in the game proper, but it has a lot of well written dialogue, choices that matter (and have far-reaching consequences) and very tacked on romances (alright, so that's a negative).
Tales of Zestiria was a good JRPG. Quite lengthy, with a good story, and varied combat.
The Witcher 3. Good story, amazing world, awesome sidequests.
Of Orcs and Men. Another one that leaves a terrible first impression, but gets good after the initial part. Rough around the edges, and a lot of needless swearing but still an interesting game.

You can see which games I already own on my steam account, so preferably check that first before suggesting one. :P I've played pretty much all of the big name titles that have interested me, so many something indie instead?
I love games with strong female characters and romance stories, though there are so few (I think Bioware pretty much has the monopoly). I don't mind JRPGs so long as they aren't weird harem/fan service things. I'm very much a story and lore person, so even if the combat sucks I'll probably still enjoy it (e.g. kingdoms of amalur). I prefer medieval games or sci fi, but will look at other genres too.
I don't like games where 90% of the game's appeal is how difficult it is. I don't want games where I have to reload each fight tens of times before I work out the best strategy, I'd rather play in a way that I enjoy and gives me some flexibility to choose a style that suits me.
Extra: considering buying the new deus ex, but it's a lot of money at the moment. Worth it?
edit: I prefer fluid combat systems and first person/over shoulder third person to point and click/grids/top down.
