Until now, no of the potential regifters answered my comment and told me they bought it. One tried to say they activated it, but it was their second win of the game...
Maybe I will create a sorry support train in a few days. 1 waggon for each user report that is connected with 30.000 impossible stupid users.

No, they're not. For now I found 2 guys who has all activated wins and got sh... load of "blacklisted" comments from other users just because they created GA for this game. One of them delated GA already although he/she done nothing wrong. And i still haven't finish checking all these users.
Yes it's a drop in whole blacklist sea, but still.

Usually just check their friend list. People always add their alts for easier trade, and they rarely smart enough to name the alt something not totally obvious…

Did you check the winner section for their user name in the big giveaway.
Since all that didn't have the game listed under "won gifts" in their account (very few) could be identified as winner by that method; meaning a re-gifter.
I've checked all I've seen so far and ALL were re-gifts, I have seen no legit users getting into fallout.

I know I activated my key... I doubt all 28K are re-gifters... probably around 500 or so based on entries amount on re-gifts.
Still that's a lot of people to ban, for the glory of Arstot... Steamgifts.

I hope support checks the entries of those re-gifts, a lot of auto-joiners who willingly gave themself up ready for their 24-hour ban.
Then again, the amount of tickets from this probably keeps them pre-occupied enough.

The one level 3 I saw (and I assume the one everyone is talking about) pretty much got there by re-gifting other gifts from secluded 6-entry groupgiveaways. No idea how uncaught till now, but I seriously he got to level 3 "legit" looking at that.

3 years ago I regifted my first win on this site, I've never used such a site before and I wanted to "test" it and see how it's working (also I didn't read the rules lol) but after that, I grew up and learned and beside that one mistake, I'd never regift anything ever again and I regret the first time but I was too much "noob" :(

First time offenders probably get a day or 3(?) suspension, nothing too serious, but a reminder what the site is about.
However there are quite a few people posting this who've done it over 5+ times already, and we all hope they get permanently banned rather than just a 3 day one.
Also chance for 24-hour bans of auto-joiners... yeah, it's going to be a quiet day if support gets on it (and actually has the manpower to handle this mess)

The worst regifters are ones that don't click received and just regift, luckily the site bug allows you to search the winners even when they do this. Also regifter that change it to a regional restricted gift or in a private steam group.

So... Imagine this: I win some game, but not gonna activate it. Then i'm buying this game on steam, adding to my account and regifting a key that i won on SG.
Questions are: Will you call me a regifter ? How will you proof that i commited a crime ? Will you punish me for that ? Why do we exist ? Are we alone in the universe ?

You have 7 days to activate a won game.
If you don't activate it and make a GA for the same game no-one cares if it's key A which you won or key B which you bought.
You'll be punished for not activating a game.

Well, if it's semantics you want then
"regifting" is making a GA for a game which you won once and do not have on your steam account. Which in most cases means the person is using the key they won. If you win a GA but then buy the game directly in Steam you have the game in your account and are not a regifter when you make a GA for the same game.
