Leechlist would be bad cuz' once someone is on that list they won't even try to giveaway anything anymore, since people gonna BL them anyway. At least like this they can try to fix their ratio or lvl up at some point.

well if you are planning to start a personal crusade against them leech know that you have already lost before even starting it. i too felt this way in the early times, when people with bad w/s ratio started to win my stuff: went for a witch hunt, blacklisted a few... and then realized it was a pointless loss of time. the site is structured in such a way that it can't be helped. you will get used to it, don't worry.

One thing I would like to know is, if people who blacklisted me can join my ga or not? Strangely I got BL six times the first day I joined the site without even joining any ga or stufff - but my guess is I cant join the ga started by them and they cant join mine ( because I dont know who BL just for the giggles or can I find out?) am I right with that conclusion?

You can't choose who you can give games to. If you cared so much about giving games to "non-rich gamers with less than 4k games" then just directly gift them the copy.
Find someone on SG, add them on steam and paste the link in their chat. That's what I do.
Just because someone hasn't done giveaways in a long time does not mean they do not gift games. You don't see what happens out of SG. Don't judge someone on a website.
Plus technically you are a leech with a 1:2 ratio. So you would be on the leech list.

Still, 0 give to 200+won with a low winrates ratio (so he ask for high demand GA), won pubg, company of heroes, and i havn't checked the next page.I do not judge.
I say, here he get tons of thing(still, maybe botting), without even contribute (I don't speak about money, even share your indiegala goocubelet key is a thing. That do contribute. (Maybe he do here and it doesn't appears as he do in discussions as most of the people do but... still ))

4 days here, started 2 giveaway (crappy but still). And... Here's what i found:

A great leech, maybe using bot (122 giveaway average giveaway/day since 2 years.). 4k3 game on profile.
Not gave even a single game since. 4k3 game, not even gave a single one?..
Plus, sgtools say some (tons) of looted dlc havn't been activated. (Steam trading card base game mostly.)
//Edit: I now know DLC detection are garbage.
So... I don't want to give anything to this person. Not even a crap.
Is there any option left to don't give him the key?
And is there a "leechlist" to blacklist them all? (I do not want to get the contributor lvl up. I'm lvl0 atm. Low budget, share crappy games, enter for little game & steam card. So i don't feel like that's a fair option.)
