Heroes of Might and Magic 2+3 and Mercenaries (on Xbox) would probably be the only games I bought at full price that I really loved to play. If you've only played Mercenaries 2 you can't imagine how good the first part was...I hated the sequel.

The last game I bought at full price was Halo 2,
I even got the collecters edition tin game box
Incidentally it was also totally worth it considering how many hours i sunk into halo 1 finding every easter egg and then some
still as I got more and more into PC gaming and saw games in get more widely distributed and much cheaper, it was hard to pay full price with such a huge backlog.
I mean a few years ago I thought $10 per game was a steal and bought a copy of everything I could get my hand on the first time I found a used games bin.
Now a days with bundles you can get 4 or 5 games for as little as a few bucks.

The first game I ever bought for a full price was a Final Fantasy VII at the day of release... on that day in my country it cost me 109,95 of today's USD. I bought it for PS3/PSP/PSV as well. And today I bought it on Steam once again. It's my most favorite game even to this day so yes, it was definitely worth it. Something similar I can say only about HOMAM3, which I bought on the day of release and then bought it again 3 times in the past years because I lost the original twice in the hands of lousy friends so now I own one retail and one digital copy just to be safe :)
And from recent years... Magic 2012-2014, Mortal Kombat 9, Portal 2, Far Cry 3, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Battlefield 3 and Legend of Grimrock are the few that comes to mind... Those were last pre-orders and day 1 purchases I did not regret because I knew they will be awesome. But I got burned many times in the past...

On PC, the only games I remember buying at full price were Skyrim, Saints Row 3, Blood Dragon, and (possibly) Just Cause 2.
For console, I believe I bought pretty much every Gran Turismo game full price on launch day, everything else I bought on sale or used except maybe a couple games that I can't remember.
And from before the PS1 era I didn't buy anything, my moms did.

This, this, this. My wife and I have been playing this pretty much non-stop since it came in.

Several: BL2, BI, Dust, Rogue Legacy, Borderlands, there are others that just aren't popping into my head atm.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive (PS3 version): Worth it, i platinumed it on 5 days.
Papo & Yo: I should have waited for a sale, not a good game.
Sound Shapes: Veeery short, and little replay value (in my opinion). Still, i wanted it so bad when it released so i think it was worth it.

Skyrim. Price per hour was like $.20 an hour. Totally worth it to me.

Back in 1999 I bought Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time for 200FIM, which roughly converts to 34€. I was only eight years old at the time, and it was a HUGE amount of money for me. The next game I paid the full price for was probably Worms World Party the following year, but I have no idea how much it cost back then. I've since lost the CD for Bugs Bunny which I truly regret, and the only other physical copy of a game I own is Nox, but that was from a sale so it doesn't count here.
But after buying Nox I don't think I even bought that many games until joining Steam in 2010 (for a free copy of Portal, encouraged by my friend), and actually starting to use it in late 2010/early 2011 when I discovered Steam sales. I did pay 15€ for VVVVVV outside Steam, though. And now that I think of it, I bought my first HIB because I wanted to have VVVVVV on Steam and couldn't be bothered to email Terry Cavanagh about it (he used to give out Steam codes for those who bought straight from him). I think that was a turning point. I never looked back.
And I'm not merely listing games I've paid the full price for; I truly think all these titles were worth their full prices.

Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Ni no kuni, Borderlands 2 recently.. naturally all of my SNES/Megadrive/Saturn/Playstation games back then. I usually don't regret buying games, except for few preorders such as Future Soldier and Metal Gear Rising.

SpaceChem. After trying its demo, I couldn't resist buying it right then. $15 well spent. I still think it's the most brilliant puzzle game ever developed. :)

I think I got my playtime out of Terraria and Natural Selection 2, they are the only ones I bought full price.
