how can you check a winner of one of your GAs for rule breaking if his profile is private?

add a negative or positive thread button, if the thread gets enough negative ones the creator will be executed using space cat as the killer.

Impossible. SG don't check users profile every time they enter/win. If they implement it - it will increase site load dramatically.

Impossible. Status from last check will be ALWAYS open profile. People with private profile already need to open profile once in seven days and sync - nothing would change for them. They will open profile, sync (status = "profile open" cached) and make profile private again. Your argument is invalid.

But you must be public to sync, so if they'll check sync-cache, everyone will be always public...
