I'm back! [GIVEAWAY]

An embarrassing show? Well, I've watched pro wrestling since I was 12. I still happily tune in on Mondays to see grown men in spandex slap each other's chests. I honestly see it as an artform, if an extremely abstract and weird one, sharing the most in common with ballet. I've had plenty of arguments with family and academics about it, and for a few years I'd write an annual critique of the hundred best wrestling matches. It routinely went over 30,000 words. I remember the first time I submitted it to a website, the admin said it was the most thought anyone had ever put into this stuff.

I'm really ashamed to enjoy it, though. It's just a glorious, goofy pastime that you can get as invested in as a real sport, without any real stakes.

I loved teletubbies, especially the baby face imposed on the sun, although now I think of it, it's quite creepy.

That and Yu-Gi-Oh. Oh and Pokemon. I guess this counts for many of the people here, but they are as embarrasing as any other cartoon show.

sorry, i really didnt like those kind of shows. I was watching pokemon when i was ashamed of it, but now i think i was cool because of watching such a nice anime.

I don't like my little pony. I loved kirby and teletubbies when I was young :))

It hasn't been on the air for a long time, but I'd probably still be glued to the television if Gummi Bears was on.

Edit: Not quite as silly as Gummi Bears, but Darkwing Duck was another favorite... if my avatar didn't already make that clear.

My wife and kid watch that Dancing with the Stars show and I mock them about it. Yet I will always watch how the couples get their points and the elimination part. I also like to watch some random cartoons with my kid, they're a lot of fun. And I sometimes have those most annoying theme songs stuck in my head and start humming them, for example Boblins..

I started watching My little pony after reading a thread on a gaming forum about 1 year ago... I actually enjoyed it and watched a lot of episodes before I got totally bored. At some point I visited a young cousin of mine (female) who had quite a few pony toys... I got laughed at for knowing their names... damn... the embarrassment.

I wathed Winx Club, hell I even downloaded them... Dunno if I like to watch fairy's sprinkling dust on witches or had to much fantasies back then...
