Because you cant return a game when you buy+open/redeem it?
Thats like buying a picture for a frame, not measuring jack shit, getting the picture and then finding out that your 24x36 poster doesnt fit in your 8x10 frame, except you cant return the picture you bought.
Game specs are a completely valid metric, when used/measured correctly, to give customers an idea if they can run the game to their liking.

I'm seriously asking here because I don't know if I meet the recommended requirements or not...
I have a GT650M with 2GB RAM, an i7-3630QM, and 8GB RAM. For the most part,I'm thinking I should meet the requirements but I'm just not sure if my GPU matches up with a GTX 560 TI. I'd like to think that I at least pass the minimum requirements but like I said...I don't know about the different GPUs. :/
Edit: Just looked on gpuboss, apparently I needed the fact that a mobile GPU sucks a shit ton more than a regular GPU hammered into me one last time before my mind will fully accept the fact. Won't stop me from buying it though. :p

Think I'll be able to get at least 30FPS if I set everything to minimum?

Have you tried AC3? If you could run it normallyy on normal settings, I bet you could easily do it with Watch-dogs, but maybe on low.

I've played over 30 hours on AC3 on fairly good settings I believe...:/ Hopefully what you say is true lolz XD

If that was real, it really isn't that high. My laptop from 2009 with i7 could still run it.

I don't think you did since PC CPU's can brute force through the extra threads. But yeah all next gen games will be optimized for 8 cores. It will be interesting to see if AMD's 8 core CPU's will compare better to Intel CPU's in these next gen games.

They also said that FarCry 3's specs were a 690 and an i7 @ 4.6GHZ
Ill go ahead and call bullshit till proven it needs that i7.
edit*
The fact that min specs is a 460 and the "recommended' is a 560TI makes me think this game is strictly CPU dependent, a lot more so then Skyrim was.
Cant wait to see if these specs are actually needed. 8GB ram would be a 6GB jump from current games.
