There was a Virtua Fighter-poster where the black bar is...well there still is but this was where you couls clearly read the title.. Thought that would give it away too easysince it's a Sega game. That's why I censored it. : )

That is Gore, nice eye! The winner of the screenshot is a secret character, Kappah. He was always my favorite 'cause he had a rather... unique... special move in which he pulled the soul of his opponent from out their butt. XD
Fun fact, his avatar in the game is cucumbers, because Kappa monsters are supposed to like cucumbers in Japanese folk lore. That's why cucumber sushi rolls are called "kappa maki" in Japanese. :)

Unlike Plasma Sword (which was a terrible, terrible game), I liked Star Gladiator a lot. It had outstanding graphics for a 1996 PSX game, cool soundtrack (which, thankfully, was recorded as audio-cd) and gameplay was pretty decent too.

Screenshot looked very familiar and I was sure, that I have this one in my collection. So, after first hint, I began to search all my games from 2003... and eventually found it.
