It's actually Zombie Army Trilogy, but it's quite impossible to tell the difference due to asset recycling between the 3 games in the subseries.
First image is actually the safehouse/checkpoint marker which you'll see several times in each level - that's why I thought it'd be more easy to guess.

You can do that with programs such as GIMP (free) or, in alternative, there are websites which allow you to modify pictures, add filters to them etc.
Then, you can try to reverse search your image on Google to be sure you've altered your image enough.
