It's not very common though. People use seismic toss more often (at least they were when I was playing B/W 3 years ago).

Seismic toss has its advantages with those constant 100 dmg points, sure, but those 20 extra dmg from low kick can be very useful.

i think dark is the strongest but in general you cant choose just one type i think i used to have 6 different types for variation

I agree about piplup, but my wife wants a bubasuar and my kid a pikachu. she might settle for a snivy. I vote grass in her honor.

On the topic, I always start with fire, on the begining you only fight normal or grass, so I have advantage there, also that means my rival will have water, and you can catch grass pokemon very fast.

Because of an ongoing event i got curious which is the most loved Pokemon Type here on SG?

My favourite Type is water because i always used the water Pokemon as my starter Pokemon :D
Therefore my favourite is Piplup also because its a penguin :)
