I think they're only single use ,i used my code yesterday and it won't go through today.
It says:
"Coupon Applied - The coupon Bundle Blast - 10% is active on your cart. Add items for the discount to automatically apply."
But when you try to pay it says:
"info - You cannot use an individual discount without a personalised code"
Or it's a gremlin screwing things up.

I saw that message too even before using my coupon. What I did then was that I redeemed the coupon number that they give in the mail (I think it's the "personalised code") and it worked, the message always went away :)
But I payed with my coupon only once however I redeemed it several times.

I didn't understood that you were saying that you had the coupon active -> had the message-> had to make it disappear with putting the code in the mail (sometimes even adding or erasing something from the cart make it reappear). Because that's what I am saying

I think you miss step 3 of my explication even if the coupon is active you have to redeem in addition to the active coupon your personal email code maybe as a verification. At least it's how it's working for me. Just to be sure I put it in images. I hope it works first time using images on the site.

Is there a way to buy the new bundle without linking my steam account? I don't even want the free game, but, it won't let me go to payment because of the stupid message saying I need to link my accounts.

I think it's mandatory due to the free game in Tier 1. There is nothing you can do about it. It's a basic protection scheme to prevent key farming.

After you purchased the bundle, you will receive a key for the free game. It will not be added automatically into your linked Steam account. Don't worry.

I mean, not all bundles can be great bundles, else videogame makers would earn close to nothing :')
I've found a few nice deals like lego batman, mad max etc and this final bundle.
