Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri. It's a game I had never played before, but it was by Looking Glass, so of course I was interested in it. And I can say, without any nostalgia goggles, that this game was great.

i'm like you right now, my advice if you want to buy a game, buy a multiplayers game whit online. The tipic game where don't have a finish (like sport game for example or race game. i see from your wishlist that you have practicaly exactly the same taste than me in games (except for the visual novels :P)
my recommendations:
-rocket league
-YS origin <- you can get that game arround 5$ in sales always.
however for make a real good recommendation we need more info.
-like you want a multiplayer or single player game???
-you play a lot every day or just 1-2 hours??
-do you like grind in RPG games or you like more the history???
etc...... anyhting you can tell us :).
however i invite you to look at my library for see if you like any of the games i have because we have almost the same taste of games (however avoid to look the free games and some bundle games i got just for farm cards or thinking they was nice and result in a shit game..)

Yeah the thing is... Rocket League used to be that go to game that was endless but I'm sort of on a break from it and it's been good so far playing things that are single player! :3

I see you've played Grim Dawn a bit. If you like the genre, you could try Path of Exile. It's free to play (but no pay to win) and a new season just began (yesterday evening) with new content. It has very interesting mechanics, it's online-only (like Diablo 3), you can play solo or in a party.

Hey SC,
you asked what i think about my backlog and how i organized it. I've already realized that i won't be finishing my backlog any time soon so i'm only playing the games i'm attracted to atm (mostly strategy and FPS). Lately i got only DLCs for the games i already have so i'm currently replaying them and enjoying the new additions a lot! As for the organization i have 8 categories: First class, Second class, Third class, Junk, Plan to play, Paradox, Total War, Installed.
About your wishlist. I would blindly recommend you Assassin's Creed 2. For me it's the best AC game of the series. Then i would also recommend you getting Valkyria Chronicles and after that to watch its anime (not vise versa as you will do the same mistake i did and will get bored to return to the game - the anime is so good, the game story cannot reach it. However it's a great and unique game.).
Now for the games you already have. I think you should give another go to GTA V. Finding friends who play it and playing online with them while you use voice chat on TS is a ton of fun!
Then i would also recommend retrying Metal Gear Solid V. You sure you tried it enough? I've not the game (yet) but i've previous experience from the series and its older titles. They can be replayed easily multiple times and its time can be unique (considering that you put a challenge on yourself, ie never get caught).
Of course i also need to recommend Civ V. Only 4.1 hours? You definitely need to find someone who knows the game and who could teach it to you. You will be surprised when you realize the fun you can have (solo or multi) on that old game! It's not a coincidence that it's every day on the top 10 most played games on Steam.
The Long Dark has made a huge effort in its development (idk when you played it last time) and is now a pretty exciting survival game. Certainly can give you 50 hours before you get bored of it at its current state (in a couple of months they will add a Campaign).
Cities Skylines is an extraordinary city builder, slightly better imho than Sim City 5. The workshop is full of new content that allows you to create any kind and shape of cities you want.
Planetary Annihilation: Titans is another interesting title. The difference it has from its predecessor (Planetary Annihilation) are the fix of bugs and glitches and the new feature of planet destruction. Interesting title as i mentioned earlier. I own P.A. and i 've trying over the last three months to leave my obsession with the (same) games i'm constantly playing and give it another try.
The Banner Saga: such a nice story! If you like story driven games and artwork then you definitely need to try it!
And last but not least, it's the all time classic Skyrim. Especially now that its HD edition is only 2 and a 1/2 months away, it's high time you re enter its world. Imagine yourself in Skyrim, create a character that looks like you and do whatever you would if you were in Skyrim. That's how i've played it and in my 100+ hours i have tried only 2 of the 10 characters i have imagined (honestly, i've written down to a paper 10 characters, their skills, behavior, etc and i've set a goal until the end of 2017 to try them all).

Yeah I think I did this batch thing and it sort of worked for a bit but I lost the motivation I suppose with this mood D: I think I might just go back to playing what I want for now, at least for this mood xD
I really want to play the Assissins Creed games from the first to the newest but it's never on a good enough sale to bother. I think the winter sale I'm going to buy the first three! Valkyria is very tempting to get, I found out it had an anime a few days ago actually so I might give that a go also! Well first I'm going to try and play the single player campaign. I did have a few friends playing but we just stopped but I'll see about MP again!
Yeah Metal Gear I played and stopped one day and didn't go back! I'll definitely have to try it again. I've heard good things about it. I didn't play the first mission because I think I was going out but I'll hop back on later. Yeah I've not turned it on, a lot of my time in games is idling hides I'm just intimidated by it but my boyfriend said he would play MP with me and show the ropes!
Oh I played that a few times, I think that would be a good in between game since there is no story and I can hop in for a run here and there. I played it probably before Christmas time so a long while. I'm interested to try these updates then, it's a great game. Oh a campaign? That's exactly what I was hoping for, exciting stuff :3

Yeah I've always been interested in The Banner Saga, I just got it so I haven't downloaded it but I am excited to give it a go! I'm a sucker for art work and story, it's what I go for in games really :D
Skyrim is one that I've had since the beginning and I played a but on console. I was going to actually wait for the HD remake for it, I don't know if they'll be separate games or will it just be a replacement like Ori and The Blind Forest?

I managed to place together the border pieces (in 25 minutes), then paused the puzzle intending to continue it later.
Now, the loading bar remain stuck even after the puzzle has been fully loaded, and the only thing I can do are either letting the timer run without doing anything, or opening the pause menu (not even reloading is possible).
What could I do now? My only options are forgetting about the puzzle and the gib, solving it while not logged, or signing another account.
EDIT: nevermind, it must've been a stray bug, everything is fine now. Still, I fucking hate Jigidi anyways.
