Well for me, my first wishlist win was Amnesia Memories - great game btw if you are into Otome VN stuff so that one will always have a special place in my heart.

I can't specifically remember what my highest # of entry wins is, but Emily is Away Too at 1.5k entries is probably pretty close, which I missed the Monthly it was in so lucky me. Also another very good game!
