Helicopter game
Gameplay like Desert Strike/Mechwarrior 3050
3D graphics
At lest two helicopters. A MH-6 like with a fast firing MG and a Tiger or Cheetah paint job. And an AH-64 like helicopter.
There were health/repair pickups on the ground so you had to land.
Before 2004
On PC
I am 80% sure that Nucler/Soviet Strike and AirStrike 3D are not it.
Edit: It is probably Hell-Copter which Fet guessed.

I think this might be it. It does have two helicopters and the repair pickup that you have to land to pick up.

Specific? I can also create for every game one extra posting or I can put every guess in just one post. The result will be the same. There is no way to be more specific. Also there is no rule where I need to guess just one game each post. I can create just one post for every of the 16k games as a guess and it should be right because one of the games is the right answer.
