Seems they've locked their region restrictions. I can get a game in the cart with Hola, but when I go to finalize payment I get rejected with "Operation canceled. At least one product in your cart is not available for purchase in your region.".

Did you find some workaround? I'm having the same problem with Borderlands 2 DLCs from Winter Marathon (deals from Brazil, using Hola plugin). http://vps179849.ovh.net/#purchType shows them as not region-locked, but I also have the same error after finishing PayPal transaction.

Edit: Some screens show GOTY at 9.99BR but they're sold out it seems. The DLC for Tomb Raider seems mainly cosmetic anyways. Not required for achievement hunting either. Meh.

Doesn't work very well with nuuvem (I think they added lots of regional checkings) but the Amazon VPN guide is great, it was fun to setup a working, free VPN server so easily and have a taste of AWS. Thanks for posting the link! :)

Basically there is 2 region checks - first one is ip check, which you can get around with VPN to see all the deals and be able to purchase most of them. And second one is checking your address on Paypal :(
But even with VPN there is still bunch of good deals available. For the second part - look for friends in South America :)

You are going to have to use uPlay either way. Steam copy needs you to launch uPlay in order to play.

There seem to be a couple discrepancies in my region for whatever reason. The Borderlands series doesn't appear to be on sale here in Australia and the Vanishing of Ethan Carter is priced at $4.5 (according to Google's conversions) rather than the $7 you've listed.
