GA for Fallout 76, from Diamond Collection Build Your Own Bundle (June 2024) bundle, with region restrictions. I believe it's a ROW key (revealed in India).
The GA is SGTools protected, the SGTools link is hidden behind a simple puzzle.
Requirements:
Level 2+, Activated all won games, Not won the same game multiple times, Ratio for Real Sent/Won CV > 0.25, Minimum Ratio for number of Sent/Won Giveaways > 0.25

Solution
You have "https://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/1-2-3-4-5" as the starting point. You need to replace the "1-2-3-4-5" with 5 values to form a valid SGTools link.
1st Part - You get it from the image used for the jigidi puzzle. See below to see how to solve that.
2nd Part - You get it as the completion message after solving the jigidi.
3rd Part - The link to the puzzle is "https://www.jigidi.com/solve/vr1m9har/3=4503/" - See the last part in the URL.
4th Part - Click the "Exit to comments and leaderboard" option in the jigidi to check the jigidi description.
5th Part - The title of the jigidi.
Solving the 1st part
Check you https://semver.org/ to see how they work. I didn't follow it perfectly though, so there was some confusion regarding one of the one of them, but it was still solvable without changing anything.
So, you have a table with two columns. You need to sort the whole table in ascending order according to the first column.
So, the solution is:
