Why not simply make a new account?

I had problems myself and it was due to the email provider, which was blacklisted by them. They initially accepted it upon registering and later I wasn't able to log in or change anything.
Had to get in touch with their support.

As @heyday suggested, you should inform the support and work out a solution. GMG is pretty welcoming, I had been the forum for awhile before. Of course they periodically give out some games to VIPs(Anyone whom purchased from them) though I did not get the last gift they give out and I am generally very slow in that as I am in a different timezone. They also started bundling some games like this 5 games for $1 and generally have good discount for new games if you are NA/EU. Their products are usually Region-bounded though so take note unless stated on the Product page.

The support is pretty responsive too, especially if you inform them the intention to purchase items from them. I believe both parties can come up with a resolution. Simplest suggestion if as @heyday mentioned was a blacklist email provider, request email exchange. If its not possible then ask for deletion and make a new account. Cheers~

Just bear in mind, you'll need to still buy DLC to experience the full game.
