Giveaways win rate ?

Hello All steam user's this picture (http://prntscr.com/1wmckc) has got ''Estimated Wins'' u see ? alright. So i think win rate about this Ensimated Wins Rate..
How can i earn hight ensimated wins rate on this system ?
Please help me for this thing im new from steam , steamgifts and others.

It reflects an user's win rate based on the number of entries of giveaways the person entered. To get the estimation higher, you need to enter low entry giveaways.

It's just silly old math, you enter a GA with 10 people on it you gain 01 on your estimate, you enter a GA with 2 people on it you gain 05... But it only serves to show if you're lucky or not.

Well its not, in a giveaway with 4 entrants, its 25/25/25/25

25% you
25% guy 2
25% guy 3
25% guy 4

Extend that same logic to a few hundred entrants and there you go!
